Group Benefits Business Development Specialist

Fenn & Fenn Insurance Practice Inc. is a commercial and construction insurance brokerage in Newmarket, Ontario. Our brokerage was established in 2003 and is independently owned and operated. We have an established reputation as the Insurance Brokers with a Passion for Professionalism.

We are looking for a group benefits & life insurance business development specialist to join our team. Looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years experience as a benefits broker.


Your role will consist of contacting existing clients and sourcing new clients through the associations we belong to as well as your own resources for group benefits and life insurance. The associations we belong to include trade contractors, construction mixed trade and community Chambers of Commerce. You will be responsible for the sales process and must demonstrate an ability to work with others for insurance placement, customer service, renewals and claims.

Qualifications & Experience:

Self-motivated and customer focused.
Strong communication skills – oral and written.
Life license in good standing.
Team player. Proven sales record.
Brokerage experience an asset.
